I've seen them on several journals now that allow anonymous comments. I don't know what it is but if I were you I'd tag it as spam and delete it.

Thanks Q. That's what JP said too. Incase she doesn't have time to get back to me; how do you go about tagging the comments as spam?

You have a ticky box next to all comments in your journal, select the comments you want to delete.

Then scroll down to 'Mass action on selected comments:' where you have a combo box with different options. Select 'delete as spam' and then hit 'perform action' button and you're done ;-)
